If you would like to advertise your company in the GeoWeb 2009 Program guide please review the Rate Sheet and contact Kathryn Hail to book your promotional space.
Featured Business Sponsors — $5,000 USD (maximum 6)
Sponsors at the Featured Business level will receive the following:
- 1 Silver Conference Registration at No Cost
- 2 Booth Personnel Passes at No Cost
- Technical Workshop Sponsor/Involvement: Host, Introduce Presenter
- Exhibit Space in Vendor Showcase (up to 8′x10′) including pipe, drape, high speed LAN connection & power bar
- Meal Sponsorship: 1 of 6 Coffee Breaks
- Included on Conference Sponsor Signage
- Logo/Link & Corporate Profile on Conference Website Sponsor Page

Featured Business Spotlight – On the Web
GeoWeb attracts industry-leading companies and organizations and they’re involvement in this conference is invaluable. We want to ensure that our sponsors and exhibitors have a successful experience at GeoWeb 2009 and so we’ve improved our Vendor Spotlight by taking it online. Each sponsor and featured business will be given the opportunity to submit a 10min video clip OR can schedule a video interview for Wednesday, July 29th. On Thursday, July 30th each video will be made available on the conference website for participants, and GeoWeb enthusiasts around the world, to view, share, and discuss.
This will be an amazing opportunity to share your message and showcase your applications, products and ideas to a targeted audience. It’s also a great way to add value to your experience as an exhibitor. Upon confirmation of your sponsorship the GeoWeb 2009 Conference Manager (Corwin Hiebert) will contact you regarding the details of this video promotion.
